About The Position

Woodhouse Spa is seeking a Floor Manager to help deliver exceptional guest experiences at its luxury day spa. The role leads hospitality professionals, oversees reservations and guest recovery, drives team performance against key performance indicators, and manages retail sales and inventory. Candidates must have prior management experience and be comfortable standing and working on their feet for 12-hour shifts. Experience in high-end restaurants, spas, retail brands, hotel management, or similar hospitality fields is highly desirable. Compensation is $18.00–$20.00 per hour. This franchise is independently owned and operated, and hiring decisions are made by the franchisee.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional guest service and understand and exceed guests’ needs and preferences.
Oversee reservations, ensuring accuracy and timely confirmations.
Address guest concerns and recovery situations professionally.
Lead, coach, train, and support hospitality team members, fostering a positive and motivated work environment.
Drive the team to meet or exceed guest satisfaction, revenue, and productivity KPIs.
Manage inventory processes, including receiving purchase orders, retail styling, regular counts, and organizing products on the retail floor and in storage.
Promote retail products and engage guests to drive sales through product knowledge and styling expertise.
