About The Position

Join Woodhouse Spa as a Floor Manager at its luxury, high-end day spa. The role is responsible for delivering impeccable guest experiences by overseeing guest interactions and reservations, handling guest concerns, leading and coaching hospitality staff, driving key performance indicators, managing inventory, and promoting retail products. Candidates must have prior management experience and be comfortable working on their feet for 12-hour shifts. Experience in high-end restaurants, spas, retail brands, hotel management, or similar hospitality settings is highly desirable.

Provide exceptional service to guests and understand and exceed their needs and preferences.
Oversee guest reservations, ensuring accuracy and timely confirmations.
Handle guest concerns and recovery situations professionally and gracefully.
Lead, inspire, coach, and support a team of hospitality professionals through guidance and training.
Foster a positive and motivated work environment.
Drive the team to exceed KPIs, including guest satisfaction, revenue targets, and productivity goals.
Manage inventory processes, including receiving purchase orders, retail styling, regular inventory counts, and organizing products on the retail floor and in storage.
Promote retail products and engage with guests to drive sales, using product knowledge and styling expertise.
