About The Position

Tribute Properties is hiring a Floating Leasing Consultant to serve as an ambassador between residents, the public, and the community management team. The role supports properties in Wilmington, North Carolina, and focuses on connecting people with lifestyles while delivering an excellent resident experience. The position calls for a motivated, creative sales professional who can build lasting relationships and contribute to strong leasing, occupancy, retention, and reputation results.

The consultant learns the competitive market and property features, benefits, and pricing; adapts leasing presentations; follows up with prospects; and builds rapport. The role also includes hosting resident events, managing property social media in accordance with company standards, maintaining accurate administrative records, and complying with company policies, housing and tenant laws, and lease provisions. The employee works collaboratively with teammates and may take on additional duties as requested.

Requirements

• Proven track record in customer service or sales.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Strong work ethic and intrinsic motivation.

Nice To Haves

• High school education or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience with Yardi or other property management software is a plus.

• Manage property social media in accordance with company standards.
• Maintain high leasing, occupancy, and retention rates, including during construction.
• Support teammates and help ensure reputation scores meet or exceed industry standards.
• Perform additional duties as requested.
