About The Position
GRBS is hiring a Floating Custodian to serve Northville Public Schools. This position covers call-offs and open positions throughout the district. No prior experience is needed. The work involves cleaning school facilities, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning restrooms, removing trash, and completing other assigned cleaning tasks. The schedule is flexible: work 3–5 days per week, with a minimum of 3 hours per shift. An example schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. The pay rate is $17.50. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, have valid ID, and have reliable transportation to and from work. Due to Michigan public school requirements, individuals with theft-, violence-, or drug-related backgrounds will not qualify for employment.
Requirements

- A positive attitude, teamwork, customer-service focus, dependability, self-motivation, and a strong work ethic are sought.
