Floating Branch Associate I (Teller)
About The Position
The Floating Branch Associate I (Teller) position involves providing superior customer service to the Bank's customers. This role is responsible for efficiently and accurately processing various transactions, including deposits, check cashing, loan transactions, and withdrawals. The individual will operate a teller station, manage and balance a cash drawer daily, and develop a working knowledge of the Bank's products and services to make recommendations. Adherence to all Bank policies, procedures, regulations, and laws is required. This position requires availability for branch opening and closing and will provide staffing support across all branches.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate clearly and in a friendly manner.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficient writing and mathematical skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Good computer skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to make decisions and solve problems.
- Previous cash handling experience required.
Nice To Haves
- Previous branch/teller experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
