About The Position

The Floating Branch Associate I (Teller) position involves providing superior customer service to the Bank's customers by efficiently and accurately processing various transactions, including deposits, check cashing, loan transactions, and withdrawals. This role requires operating a teller station, maintaining an accurate cash drawer, and balancing it daily. The associate will develop a working knowledge of the Bank's products and services to make recommendations to customers and must adhere to all Bank policies, procedures, regulations, and laws. Availability for branch opening and closing is necessary, and the role provides staffing support across all branches. Requirements

• Ability to communicate clearly and in a friendly manner.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient writing and mathematical skills with a high degree of accuracy.
• Good computer skills.

• Ability to make decisions and solve problems.
• Previous cash handling experience required.

Nice To Haves

• Previous branch/teller experience is preferred but not required.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
