Float Teller - North
About The Position
The County Federal Credit Union is seeking a positive, ambitious individual to work as a full-time Float Teller serving five branches in Aroostook County: Caribou, Presque Isle, Mars Hill, Fort Fairfield, and Houlton. Travel between branches is required. The Float Teller is a critical member of the branch network who provides excellent service to new and existing members, assists with account transactions and servicing needs, promotes credit union products and services, and processes transactions accurately and efficiently according to balancing procedures. The role involves continuous standing and/or walking.
Requirements
- Great communication skills.
- Ability to travel to branches in Caribou, Presque Isle, Mars Hill, Fort Fairfield, and Houlton.
- Ability to stand and/or walk continuously.
Responsibilities
- Welcome new and existing members and provide excellent member service.
- Assist members with account transactions and servicing needs.
- Promote credit union products and services to members.
- Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other cash and check transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Follow balancing procedures.
