About The Position

The Sales and Service Representative processes transactions and other customer service requests in the branch, helps customers understand the bank’s capabilities, tools, and resources, and supports branch sales by identifying and referring opportunities to the appropriate bank partner. This float position requires frequent driving to other offices.

The successful candidate is comfortable initiating conversations, demonstrates professionalism and empathy, adapts quickly to new information and technology, builds strong team and cross-functional relationships, manages competing demands, and moves efficiently through problem resolution.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of customer service experience.
• Valid driver's license; the position requires frequent driving to other offices.
• Financial literacy.
• Knowledge of retail banking products and services.
• Transaction processing skills.
• Customer service skills.
• Written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned general office management duties to support operational efficiency.
• Ensure accuracy and operational efficiency when processing deposits; results may include individual and team performance accountability.
