About The Position
As an RN on the Float Pool team at St. Vincent, you will provide exceptional patient care across multiple units. You will build trust with patients and colleagues by maintaining a positive attitude and being reliable. The role requires caring for patients with various disease processes in situations ranging from minor to critical, while remaining calm and positive.
Requirements
- Associate of Science in Nursing, upon hire.
- Registered Nurse license in Arkansas, upon hire.
- At least 1 year of acute care experience. New graduates and nurses without acute care experience are hired through the residency training program.
- Basic Life Support (CPR) certification within 30 days.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for patients within the area of competency.
- Administer medications accurately and safely.
- Thoroughly complete proper documentation for patients treated.
