About The Position
American Senior Communities is hiring Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses for its Clinical Resource Group Float Pool in Rochester, Indiana, and surrounding areas, within up to 50 miles of the employee’s home address. The role offers the variety of working at multiple ASC facilities along with a consistent month-to-month schedule, including a 30-day monthly schedule. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. The advertised pay is $46 per hour for RNs and $40 per hour for LPNs. Team members provide compassionate care to residents in assigned nursing units, plan and oversee resident care, and take accountability for that care. Requirements
- Active Indiana RN license for RN applicants or active Indiana LPN license for LPN applicants.
- At least 2 years of long-term care nursing home experience.
- Demonstrated commitment to ASC’s C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.
- Willingness to travel within a 50-mile radius of the employee’s home.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to residents in assigned nursing units.
- Plan and oversee resident care and take accountability for that care.
- Travel to and work at multiple American Senior Communities facilities within the assigned area.
