About The Position

American Senior Communities is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for its Clinical Resource Group Float Pool serving Rochester, Indiana, and surrounding areas within up to 50 miles of the employee’s home address. The role offers variety across multiple ASC facilities while providing the stability of one company and a consistent 30-day monthly schedule. The listed pay is $46 per hour for RNs and $40 per hour for LPNs. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. Team members provide compassionate care to residents in assigned nursing units, plan and oversee resident care, and take accountability for that care. Requirements

Active Indiana RN license for RN applicants or active Indiana LPN license for LPN applicants.
At least 2 years of long-term care nursing home experience.

Willingness to travel within a 50-mile radius of the employee’s home.

Responsibilities
