About The Position

American Senior Communities is hiring a Float Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for its Clinical Resource Group Float Pool in Indianapolis, Indiana, and surrounding areas within 50 miles of the employee’s home address. The role offers a float setting across multiple ASC facilities, with a consistent 30-day monthly schedule. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. The listed pay rate is $40 per hour.

The LPN provides compassionate care to residents in assigned nursing units, plans and oversees resident care, and takes accountability for that care. Requirements

• Hold an active Indiana LPN license.
• Have at least 2 years of long-term care nursing home experience.
• Demonstrate commitment to ASC’s C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.
• Be willing to travel within a 50-mile radius of the employee’s home address.
