About The Position

American Senior Communities is hiring a Float Registered Nurse for its Clinical Resource Group Float Pool in Indianapolis, Indiana, and surrounding areas within 50 miles of the employee’s home address. The role offers the variety of working at multiple ASC facilities while maintaining a consistent month-to-month schedule, with a 30-day monthly schedule. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, and the stated pay rate is $46 per hour.

The nurse provides compassionate care to residents in assigned nursing units, plans and oversees resident care, and takes accountability for that care. The role supports seniors and their families and requires travel among facilities within the specified area.

Requirements

• Active Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• At least 2 years of long-term care (LTC) nursing home experience.

• Willingness to travel within a 50-mile radius of the employee’s home address.
