About The Position

American Senior Communities is hiring a Float Registered Nurse for its Clinical Resource Group Float Pool. The role serves facilities in Indianapolis, Indiana, and surrounding areas within 50 miles of the employee’s home address. Nurses work at multiple ASC facilities while maintaining a consistent 30-day monthly schedule. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. The stated pay rate is $46 per hour.

The Float RN provides compassionate resident care in assigned nursing units, plans and oversees resident care, and takes accountability for that care. The role offers the variety of a float position with the stability of working for one company.

Requirements

• Active Indiana RN license.
• At least 2 years of long-term care or nursing home experience.
• Demonstrated commitment to ASC’s C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.
• Willingness to travel within a 50-mile radius of the employee’s home.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents in assigned nursing units.
• Plan and oversee resident care.
