About The Position

American Senior Communities is hiring a Float Registered Nurse (RN) for its Clinical Resource Group Float Pool. The role serves Indianapolis and surrounding areas within 50 miles of the employee’s home address. The position offers variety across multiple ASC facilities while providing the stability of one employer and a consistent 30-day monthly schedule. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. Pay is $46 per hour.

The RN provides compassionate care to residents in assigned nursing units, plans and oversees resident care, and takes accountability for that care. American Senior Communities describes itself as committed to strong clinical standards, proven processes, and excellence.

Requirements

• Active Indiana RN license.
• At least 2 years of long-term care nursing home experience.
• Demonstrated commitment to ASC’s C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.
• Willingness to travel within a 50-mile radius of the employee’s home address.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents in assigned nursing units.
• Plan, oversee, and take accountability for resident care.
• Travel to and work at multiple American Senior Communities facilities within the assigned area.
