Float Clinical Resource LPN $40/hr
About The Position
American Senior Communities is hiring a Float Licensed Practical Nurse for its Clinical Resource Group Float Pool in Indianapolis, Indiana, and surrounding areas within 50 miles of the employee’s home address. The role offers the variety of working at multiple ASC facilities alongside the stability of one employer and a consistent 30-day monthly schedule. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with pay of $40 per hour. The nurse provides compassionate care to residents in assigned nursing units, plans and oversees resident care, and takes accountability for that care. The position involves travel among facilities within the specified area and a commitment to ASC’s C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.
Requirements
- Active Indiana LPN license.
- At least 2 years of long-term care nursing home experience.
- Demonstrated commitment to ASC’s C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.
- Willingness to travel within a 50-mile radius of the employee’s home.
