About The Position

Frontier Dermatology is hiring a Float Patient Service Representative to provide front-desk reception and customer service at its dermatology offices. The role travels as needed among Mount Vernon, Anacortes, Bellingham, and Coupeville, Washington. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Compensation is $20.00–$26.00 per hour, plus a float differential; pay depends on factors including work experience, transferable skills, business needs, and geographic market availability.

The representative serves as a first and last impression for patients and supports the day-to-day operations of the practice. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months of related healthcare experience.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and with a variety of computer programs.

Nice To Haves

• Receptionist experience in a medical office environment.
• Graduation from a healthcare training program.

Responsibilities

• Check in patients for multiple providers.
