About The Position

Versa-Tags is hiring a Packager/Padder for its Flexographic Printing team. The role involves operating the Padding Machine to create glue-padded products and packaging flexographically printed products for shipment. The employee will help prepare products during the final Flexographic stage, working with a team focused on shipping quality products on time. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The Packager/Padder maintains quality and production standards, inspects printed materials for accuracy and quality, and follows job orders for packaging, shrink-wrapping, and shipping. The employee must follow safety requirements, including wearing personal protective equipment when working with inks or chemicals, learn product and packaging requirements, and log work using a time clock and ERP system. Responsibilities

Work as part of a team to help ship quality products on time.

Develop knowledge of products and their packaging requirements.
Use the time clock and ERP system to accurately log work performed.
