About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Flex Security Supervisor for an unarmed tactical security role in Horn Lake, Mississippi. The position involves supervising third-shift officers and protecting people and property by patrolling sensitive areas, controlling access, responding to incidents, and monitoring security systems. The role requires keen observation and the ability to anticipate and respond to risks. It is a flex-schedule position working 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., Saturday through Wednesday. A valid driver's license is required, and candidates must be at least 21 years old. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Hold a valid driver's license.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be able to stand and walk for the entire shift.
• Have a state license if required.

Responsibilities
