About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Flex Security Guard for its Gilroy, California site. The role requires adapting to changing assignments that may include customer service, patrols, and surveillance, including during special events. Candidates must be available any day of the week and for day, swing, or overnight shifts as scheduling needs vary. The position pays $20.60 per hour. A uniform is provided at no cost, and DailyPay is available to GardaWorld employees.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have an active driver's license.
• Must hold a state security license and have completed additional 32-hour BSIS security training; additional training may be obtained during the hiring process.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be flexible and available to work any day of the week and any shift (day, swing, or overnight), as scheduling needs vary.
• Must be able to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
• Must have responsive and strong problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

• Preferably at least three months of security experience.
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities
