About The Position

The Flex Operator safely operates router machinery, meets quality and production standards, and supports efficient operations through training and teamwork while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. The role rotates among Router machines and requires learning, testing, and demonstrating competency. The operator must maintain quality and production rates; the progression process and criteria will be communicated.

The position includes housekeeping, use of applicable tools, accurate recordkeeping, and setting up or changing simple fixtures and standard tooling. The operator is responsible for 5S in the work area.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliability in reporting to work at the scheduled time, with rare absences.
• Ability to complete work in a timely, accurate, and thorough manner and remain aware of assignments.
• Effective communication with management members, the leader, and the team.
• Professional conduct and the ability to maintain constructive working relationships.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment exposed to dust, odors, strong noise, and a variety of extreme production-floor conditions.
