Flex Officer - Full & Part Time
About The Position
The Flex Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for clients by monitoring premises, controlling access, and patrolling a variety of locations. The officer preserves order by enforcing regulations and directives at client sites regarding personnel, visitors, and the surrounding area. The role involves interacting frequently with client employees and guests, providing customer service, conducting property tours, and using technology devices during shifts. Officers follow post orders, complete assigned rounds, identify and report safety issues and suspicious activity, and respond appropriately to emergencies.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Above-average computer and technology skills.
- Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to remain vigilant throughout the shift.
- Professional demeanor.
- Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid, effective judgment and appropriate escalation.
- Willingness to participate in the company's pre-employment screening process, including a drug screen and background investigation.

Responsibilities
