About The Position

As a Flex Part-Time Security Officer in Atlanta, Georgia, you will provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site, with the option to pick up additional shifts. The role is intended for people seeking part-time work, supplemental income, hands-on experience, or a path toward a full-time security career. The designated site and weekly anchor shift require a six-month commitment. Additional shifts may be claimed through the company scheduling platform, with the opportunity to work up to 40 hours per week and scale back when needed.

The scheduled anchor shift is Friday from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Pay is $20.90 per hour. Work environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles or at least 21 years old for armed roles.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent, or five years of verifiable experience.
• Undergo a background investigation, as permitted and required by applicable law.
• Undergo a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.
• Have a valid driver’s license if applying for a driving position.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service while carrying out safety and security procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with a problem-solving approach.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and its perimeter.
