About The Position
Blanton's Air, Plumbing & Electric is hiring a dependable, part-time Fleet Support Specialist in Fayetteville, North Carolina. The role supports daily fleet, warehouse, and operational needs, helping ensure company vehicles and supplies are ready for technicians. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM, for 20–25 hours per week. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour. Requirements
- Be reliable, dependable, and punctual.
- Be self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Be organized and have strong attention to detail.
- Be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors.
- Be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the shift.
- Be a team player with a positive, “Can Do” attitude.
Nice To Haves
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Experience with vehicle detailing, warehouse work, delivery driving, or similar hands-on roles; the company is willing to train the right person.
Responsibilities
- Wash and clean company fleet vehicles to maintain a professional appearance.
- Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors as needed.
- Report vehicle damage or maintenance concerns.
- Deliver parts to technicians in the field.
- Pick up parts from local suppliers.
- Stock fleet vehicles with parts and supplies.
- Assist with warehouse organization, cleaning, and general operational support.
- Help wherever needed to keep daily operations running smoothly.
