About The Position

The Fleet Supervisor leads and directs the Tyson Transportation fleet to achieve business and financial objectives. The role includes managing drivers and on-time service, supporting asset utilization and driver safety and compliance, assigning and selecting loads, executing the trailer pool plan, and managing driver expenses. The supervisor serves as a team leader, providing functional supervision to other work-unit members, including assigning work and training lower-level positions. The schedule is second shift: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday, 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. The position is based at the Springdale, Arkansas terminal office and requires 1–5 domestic trips per year. Requirements

Basic computer skills.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Three or more years of Tyson transportation experience preferred.
Microsoft Office is a plus.
Experience with Tyson business computer systems, including Sale Inventory SAP Transportation and Warehousing Systems.
