About The Position

The Fleet Supervisor is responsible for leading and directing Tyson’s private fleet transportation team to achieve business and financial objectives. The role is based at the Springdale, Arkansas terminal office and works second shift, 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. The schedule alternates between four days on and three days off, then three days on and four days off; the listed workdays are Wednesday through Friday and every other Saturday. The position provides functional supervision and training to team members and requires occasional domestic travel (1–5 trips per year).

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in transportation.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to perform the physical requirements of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
