About The Position

The Fleet Supervisor leads and directs Tyson Transportation’s fleet to achieve business and financial objectives. The role oversees driver management, on-time service, asset utilization, driver safety and compliance, load assignment and selection, trailer pool planning, and driver expense management. The position provides functional supervision to work-unit members, including assigning work and training lower-level positions. The schedule is second shift: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday, from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. The role involves 1–5 domestic trips per year. A resume is required for consideration. Requirements

Basic computer skills.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Three or more years of Tyson transportation experience preferred.
Microsoft Office skills are a plus.
Experience with Tyson Business Computer Systems, including Sale Inventory SAP Transportation and Warehousing Systems.
