About The Position

The Fleet Service Attendant details, shuttles, refuels, and secures Hui vehicles and maintains company assets. The role also includes running errands and general housekeeping around the Hui station location. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 6 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to work as a team player in a flexible, fast-paced environment.
• Safety-minded, deadline-oriented, and attentive to detail.

Responsibilities

• Detail Hui and used vehicles, including washing and wiping down exteriors and cleaning, vacuuming, and wiping down interiors.
• Maintain cleanliness around Hui stations, wash and clean Hui signage, and check station and vehicle cleanliness daily.
• Shuttle vehicles to and from stations, subcontractors such as body shops, and Servco locations.
• Fuel Hui and used vehicles and perform minor maintenance, such as checking tire pressure and fluid levels and changing vehicle batteries.
• Clean and prepare vehicle interiors, including upholstery, rugs, floor mats, and other surfaces, using a vacuum, cleaning agents, applicators, and extraction machines; this may include applying protectants to upholstery.
• Secure vehicles for the day by checking that all doors and windows are locked.
• Drop off and pick up documents.
• Assist the Fleet Manager with miscellaneous duties as needed.
• Run errands and perform general housekeeping around the Hui station location area.
