About The Position

SkyWest Airlines is seeking a Fleet Service Agent to help ensure aircraft are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for operations the following day. The role involves cleaning aircraft interiors and exteriors, maintaining aircraft materials and supplies, and performing limited maintenance and cleaning in the maintenance hangar and facility. Additional duties may be assigned by the Manager, Supervisor, or Crew Leader. This is a night-shift position requiring availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and variable schedules. The work includes applying chemicals and mild detergents, learning to identify aircraft types, and extensive movement through aircraft cabins.

Requirements

• Demonstrated strong communication skills.
• Able to routinely lift over 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and comprehending English.
• Hold a valid, unrestricted state-issued driver's license.
• Authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.
• Capable of performing effectively under stressful conditions and tight deadlines.
• Exhibits self-motivation.
• Works well within a team environment.
• Available to work nights, weekends, holidays, and variable schedules.
• Able to apply chemicals and mild detergents.
• Able to learn to identify various aircraft types.
• Able to move extensively throughout an aircraft cabin, including standing and sitting row by row.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning of the interior and exterior of SkyWest aircraft.
• Maintain and organize aircraft materials and supplies.
• Conduct limited maintenance and cleaning within the maintenance hangar and facility.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as directed by the Manager, Supervisor, or Crew Leader.
