About The Position

Fremont Ford is seeking an experienced and motivated Fleet Service Advisor to join their Ford Pro Elite Commercial Service Center in Newark, CA. This role is designed for a proven performer with experience in Fleet Service and/or Ford Service who is looking for the resources and opportunity to significantly increase their income. The primary goal is to keep fleet customers' vehicles on the road and ensure Fremont Ford is their first choice for service. The position involves building long-term relationships with commercial customers and growing a strong book of fleet business within a high-volume dealership environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a service advisor or customer service role, preferably in automotive fleet services
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with service management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing excellent customer service
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Experience in Fleet Service and/or Ford Service
• Understands the needs and urgency of commercial customers

Nice To Haves

• Ford experience is highly preferred
• Existing fleet and commercial service experience is a major plus
