About The Position

Fremont Ford is seeking an experienced and motivated Fleet Service Advisor for its Ford Pro Elite Commercial Vehicle Center in Newark, CA. This role is for a proven performer with experience in Fleet Service and/or Ford Service who is looking for the resources and opportunity to significantly increase their income. The dealership is a high-volume environment with a strong existing commercial and fleet customer base, dedicated fleet service drive, and experienced support staff. The primary goal is to keep fleet customers' vehicles on the road and ensure Fremont Ford is their preferred service provider.

Requirements

Proven experience in a service advisor or customer service role, preferably in automotive fleet services.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with service management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Previous Fleet Service Advisor and/or Ford Service Advisor experience.
Understanding of the needs and urgency of commercial customers.
Experience in Ford Service is highly preferred.
Existing fleet and commercial service experience is a major plus.

Responsibilities

Take care of commercial customers.
Build long-term relationships with fleet customers.
Grow a strong book of fleet business.
Manage multiple vehicles and customer accounts.
Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, parts department, and management.
Follow up with customers and keep them informed about their vehicle's service status.
Build relationships with customers beyond just writing repair orders.
Contribute to the growing commercial service operation.
