About The Position

Kendall Ford of Bozeman is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven professional to lead and grow its fleet/commercial sales division. This role focuses on building long-term partnerships with local businesses, contractors, and municipalities in a high-demand truck market. The position offers a six-figure earning potential with a strong dealership support system and long-term growth opportunities, primarily with a Monday-Friday schedule.

Requirements

  • Sales experience (automotive, B2B, or commercial preferred)
  • Strong relationship-building and prospecting skills
  • Self-starter who can manage their own pipeline and schedule
  • Candidates must have the capacity to operate a wide variety of vehicles including cars, trucks, and vans, including hybrid models, have a good driving record and valid driver license.

Nice To Haves

  • Truck/commercial vehicle knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage commercial and fleet accounts
  • Prospect new business and grow an existing client base
  • Recommend truck and van solutions tailored to customer operations
  • Coordinate upfits, ordering, and delivery logistics
  • Partner with service and parts to support clients long-term
