Fleet Operations Coordinator
About The Position
The Fleet Relationship Manager oversees fleet performance, strengthens client partnerships, and supports a growing fleet operation. The role combines relationship management, operations leadership, logistics coordination, and business development, with direct client ownership and visibility with customers, regional leadership, and decision-makers. It is based onsite in El Paso, Texas, during standard business hours, with flexibility for weekend and holiday operational needs. The position is contract-to-hire, with a stated starting pay of $26.00 per hour and a target conversion salary of $60,000–$70,000 annually. A company vehicle and company phone are provided.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client fleet operations.
- Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and operational teams.
- Oversee vehicle readiness, inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
- Identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities for customers.
- Manage operational performance metrics and fleet utilization.
- Ensure a high level of service and support across all aspects of fleet operations.
