Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any business-related or supply chain field
4–6 years of experience in fleet operations, logistics, or similar operational/analytical role
Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities
Confident decision‑making in fast‑moving operational environments
Ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into action
Clear communication and cross‑team collaboration
Understanding of different data systems and workflows
High attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset
High Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)

Responsibilities

Execute fleet lifecycle transactions with business unit leaders engaging defined processes/workflows
Evaluate fleet conditions, performance data, and operational constraints to make timely decisions that optimize routing, asset utilization, and service delivery.
Monitor vehicle availability, maintenance schedules, and downtime trends to ensure operational readiness and proactively address risks.
Analyze telematics, fuel usage, maintenance records, and compliance data to identify patterns, recommend improvements, and support strategic planning.
Collaborate with operation teams, risk/safety, procurement, and leadership to align fleet operations with organizational goals.
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, safety standards, and internal policies, escalating issues and recommending corrective actions when needed.
Support decision‑making around service providers, maintenance partners, and equipment suppliers by evaluating performance, cost, and operational impact.
Identify inefficiencies in fleet workflows and propose solutions that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve service reliability.
Lead decision‑making during breakdowns, delays, or operational disruptions, coordinating resources and communicating impacts to stakeholders.
