About The Position

Roehl Transport is hiring a Fleet Manager to lead a fleet of up to 45 drivers and support their productivity, safety, and ability to deliver excellent customer service. The role works directly with drivers, the customer service team, and other colleagues to develop business, solve problems, and build trusting relationships. The Fleet Manager coaches drivers, helps ensure they have productive freight, deliver on time and accident-free, and maintain a solid work/life balance.

The schedule is seven consecutive days working 12-hour shifts from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., followed by seven days off. Compensation includes a competitive salary and the opportunity to earn two monthly bonuses. Eligible benefits include medical and dental coverage, a 401(k), profit sharing, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.
