About The Position

The Fleet Implementation Project Manager (IPM) plays a key role in the design, development, and execution of assigned client implementations, ranging from onboarding activities to system integrations. This role requires effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and external customers while exercising independent judgment to ensure the timely, accurate, and successful delivery of implementations in alignment with defined customer requirements and organizational standards. The IPM is accountable for establishing and maintaining strong consultative client relationships, with a focus on driving customer satisfaction, product adoption, and utilization. The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Three to five years of experience in project management activities
