This role is responsible for co-facilitating training content for Driver Trainees with senior leaders, providing feedback to participants, and conducting facilitation audits. The position also involves ensuring compliance with 'One Best Way' standards in Regional Training Centers, participating in content development, and supporting the adoption of change initiatives. The facilitator will educate Driver Trainees on these initiatives, assist with Regional Training Center processes, and deliver training using various modalities. Additionally, the role includes monitoring virtual reality training utilization, staying informed on process changes, and providing training and follow-up to Fleet Development Trainers. The position also involves supervising and developing associates through hiring, training, and mentoring, assigning duties, providing recognition, and fostering a sense of belonging. The facilitator is expected to demonstrate expertise, build relationships, implement business solutions, and model compliance with company policies and values. This includes respecting individuals by building high-performing teams, embracing differences, creating an inclusive workplace, and attracting/retaining talent.
