This role engages in content teachbacks and cofacilitation of training content for Driver Trainees with senior leaders. It involves providing feedback to participants in the Driver Trainee program, Fleet Development leadership, and Regional Training Center team members. The position also includes conducting facilitation audits on all Fleet Development roles, performing One Best Way consistency tours in Regional Training Centers with leadership for risk assessments, and ensuring One Best Way compliance. The facilitator participates in Fleet Development content development and reviews, and conducts assessment reviews with the Learning Content Development team to validate content accuracy. They support the adoption of structural and change initiatives by engaging with associates and educating Driver Trainees on these initiatives. Additionally, the role supports Regional Training Centers outside of class delivery times, conducts training classes according to block schedules, monitors virtual reality training utilization, and stays informed on One Best Way process changes. Training is delivered to Regional Training Center associates using various modalities, and training for specialty and change initiatives is implemented and supported. The facilitator engages with Fleet Development Trainers, provides supervision and development opportunities for associates, assigns duties, provides recognition, and ensures a belonging mindset.
