The Fleet Development Facilitator is responsible for engaging in content teach-backs and co-facilitating training for Driver Trainees with senior leaders. This role involves providing feedback to participants, leadership, and the Regional Training Center team, as well as conducting facilitation audits and "One Best Way" consistency tours to ensure compliance and provide risk assessments. The facilitator ensures alignment with Fleet Development class content, participates in content development and reviews, and conducts assessment reviews to validate content accuracy. They support the adoption of structural and change initiatives by educating Driver Trainees through classroom and virtual facilitation. Additionally, the facilitator assists Regional Training Centers with process execution, conducts training classes, monitors virtual reality training utilization, and delivers training using various modalities. The position also includes engaging with Fleet Development Trainers, providing supervision and development opportunities for associates, assigning duties, and fostering a sense of belonging. The role requires demonstrating expertise in action plan development and improvement, implementing business solutions through stakeholder partnerships, and modeling compliance with company policies, values, and ethics.
