The Fleet Development Facilitator is responsible for engaging in and co-facilitating training content for Driver Trainees, providing feedback, and conducting audits and consistency tours within Regional Training Centers. This role ensures compliance with 'One Best Way' processes and alignment with Fleet Development class content. The facilitator actively participates in content development and reviews, supporting the Learning Content Development team. Key duties include educating Driver Trainees on change initiatives through various modalities, assisting Regional Training Centers, and monitoring virtual reality training utilization across multiple locations. The position also involves delivering training to associates, implementing specialty initiatives, and providing additional training and follow-up to Fleet Development Trainers. Furthermore, the facilitator is tasked with supervising and developing associates through hiring, training, and mentoring, assigning duties, and fostering a culture of belonging. The role requires demonstrating expertise in action plan development and improvement, providing guidance, and building relationships with stakeholders to implement business solutions.
