About The Position

Fox Rent A Car is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to serve as the organizational hub for fleet operations. The role tracks vehicles, coordinates repairs, and maintains communication with internal teams and vendors so fleet activity is accurately managed and vehicles remain accounted for. The position supports the full vehicle cycle, from arrival at the location through return at the end of the cycle, and performs other duties as assigned to support business needs and objectives.

Requirements

At least 2 years of office experience.
Valid driver's license.
Clean background.
Excellent management and decision-making skills.
Self-motivated, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

At least 2 years of previous experience within the car rental industry.

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily inventory of all vehicles.
Update the status of idle and out-of-service vehicles daily.
Monitor overdue rentals and take action as needed.
Issue purchase orders to vendors.
Help move vehicles when needed.
Ensure non-rentable vehicles are sent for repair in a timely manner.
Respond promptly to email requests.
Assist with fleeting and de-fleeting vehicles.
Coordinate transfers of vehicles requiring repair or maintenance to the appropriate vendor or facility.
Assist with all aspects of the vehicle cycle, including vehicle arrival at the location and return at the end of the cycle.
Help remove vehicles with safety recalls from service.
Maintain accurate rental fleet status information, including repair orders, vehicle transfers, and movements.
Research inconsistencies.
Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs and objectives.
