P/T SEASONAL HELPER COORDINATOR
About The Position
The Helper Coordinator supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production, and attendance. The role sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. It provides leadership and cultivates working relationships with personnel throughout the organization. The position manages department resources and supports employees through orientation, training, evaluations, coaching, and development plans. This is a part-time seasonal position in a warehouse environment, with availability to work flexible shift hours up to five days per week.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
- Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to five days per week.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or national, a lawful permanent resident, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

- Bachelor's degree or international equivalent.
- Management experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
- Facilitate training for new and current employees.
- Ensure employees adhere to safety policies and procedures and comply with department, station, corporate, and local government requirements.
- Manage department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment emphasizing employee involvement, proactive communication, interdepartmental cooperation, and continual improvement.
- Implement employee personal development plans as required.
- Ensure employees receive orientation, skills and safety training, appropriate materials and information, regular evaluations, and proactive coaching.
