About The Position

EquipmentShare is hiring a Fleet Coordinator at our rental facility in St. Louis, MO (Fenton). This role is responsible for working with tolling and ticketing agencies, as well as third-party vendors, to obtain and accurately apply timely invoices to rental contracts. The Fleet Coordinator will also assist company locations with ordering and applying registrations and license plates, and support fleet operations to ensure vehicles are available and compliant for maximum utilization. The position requires maintaining and organizing both physical and digital filing systems, including Google Drive.

Requirements

Proficient in Google Workspace
A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and quality of work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organization skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks
High School Diploma and Equivalent Education
Must be able to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with tolling and ticketing agencies and third-party vendors to ensure invoices are received and applied accurately to rental contracts.
Assist company locations with ordering and applying registrations and license plates.
Support fleet operations to ensure vehicles are available and compliant for maximum utilization.
