About The Position

ContainerPort Group (CPG), a World Group company, is seeking an energetic, self-motivated team player to work as a Fleet Coordinator at its growing Atlanta terminal. The role is responsible for the local customer experience at trucking terminals by building and nurturing relationships with the warehouses and vendors served and supported. The Fleet Coordinator acts as a liaison between terminal operations and the customer-facing team. This is a hands-on, high-execution role that supports the success of the fleet and overall terminal operation.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Highly organized, with strong communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high volumes of email, phone, and messaging communications.
Computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Transportation Management Systems.

Nice To Haves

College degree preferred.
At least one year of trucking industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Communicate quote rates and service capabilities.
Process orders as they arrive.
Provide shipment-status information, anticipated service failures, new pickup and delivery times, and alternative solutions when applicable.
Gather feedback, identify trends, and bring forward ideas to improve the customer experience.
Accurately enter time-sensitive order information into computer systems.
Respond quickly to questions and requests and make every effort to exceed customer expectations.
Keep customer location and contact information accurate and up to date in computer systems.
Perform other duties as requested.
