About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Fleet & Commercial Sales Manager to lead and grow our commercial vehicle business. This role involves driving growth in fleet and commercial vehicle sales, managing and developing a Fleet Sales Representative, and building strong relationships with local businesses, government, and fleet accounts. The manager will also collaborate with other department leaders to ensure alignment on inventory, pricing, and processes, and maintain compliance with Ford fleet programs and Elite Commercial Center standards.

Requirements

  • Automotive dealership experience required, preferably in fleet or commercial sales OR a very strong dealer-based sales background
  • Proven leadership and sales growth experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to travel locally; no overnights required except for occasional training or industry events
  • Must be able to reliably commute to Dickinson, ND, our base location.

Responsibilities

  • Drive growth in fleet and commercial vehicle sales
  • Manage, coach, and develop a Fleet Sales Representative
  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, government, and fleet accounts
  • Work closely with Retail Sales Managers and other department leaders to align inventory, pricing, and processes
  • Ensure compliance with Ford fleet programs and Elite Commercial Center standards
