About The Position

Red Rock Ford of Dickinson, LLC, a Ford Elite Commercial Center, is seeking an experienced Fleet & Commercial Sales Manager to lead and grow our commercial vehicle business. This role involves driving sales growth, managing a sales representative, building relationships with local businesses and government entities, and ensuring compliance with Ford fleet programs.

Requirements

• Automotive dealership experience or sales experience required, preferably in fleet or commercial sales
• Very strong dealer-based sales background
• Proven leadership and sales growth experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to travel locally; no overnights required except for occasional training or industry events

Responsibilities

• Drive growth in fleet and commercial vehicle sales
• Manage, coach, and develop a Fleet Sales Representative
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, government, and fleet accounts
• Work closely with Retail Sales Managers and other department leaders to align inventory, pricing, and processes
• Ensure compliance with Ford fleet programs and Elite Commercial Center standards
