About The Position

The Fleet Operations Associate works throughout the city to keep vehicles clean, maintained, and ready for members. This hands-on role includes transporting vehicles, refueling, cleaning, changing tires, and coordinating repairs or towing when needed. Associates travel between locations by foot, bike, public transit, or company vehicle. The role supports the member experience by ensuring vehicles are ready when needed and represents the company while working across different locations in the city. The position requires regular on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record per company standards.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong time management skills to juggle multiple priorities and tasks.
• Excellent communication with the operations team to ensure vehicle status updates are provided.
• Flexibility to work 40-hour weeks that include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather and other conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; continuously stand, bend, reach, walk, sit, and kneel; and frequently enter, exit, and drive vehicles.
• Regular on-site presence; the position cannot be performed remotely.

Responsibilities
