About The Position

The Fleet Analyst is responsible for performing analysis and operational activities of the Fleet. Key responsibilities include: Administer and analyze fuel program as required Perform fleet management system administration, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of fleet maintenance database, granting access, providing training, and communicating with IT regarding system enhancements and issues Validate vendor data billing files and new vehicle specifications, and ensure the accurate download into Fleet management system Support License & Title activities as required Administer Telematics program including reports, dashboards, data analysis, hardware management, and training Perform analytics and provide recommendations for fleet costs and maintenance, including benchmarking, Business Intelligence, custom reporting, and budgeting Review systems/processes with management to identify areas of improvement and impact to the operation and provide recommendations Research and prepare responses to data requests as needed Prepare and submit various required regulatory filings including Fuel Tax Credit, DOT, and DOE reports Support the DOT program and file all required regulatory filings

Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree required
  • Three or more years of relevant experience (e.g., utility operational, analyzing technical data, fleet) required with Associate’s Degree
  • Five or more years of relevant experience required without Associates degree
  • Ability to pull data through query development in multiple systems, then analyze and evaluate the data
  • Ability to work in a high energy, fast paced, dynamic environment, and work effectively with customers
  • Excellent computer skills required, including data analysis and reporting
  • Microsoft Applications experience

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Experience querying EMPRV and utilizing Spyglass is strongly preferred
  • Experience with Telematics, Voyager, and Oracle
