You will support Vitalant’s life-saving mission by overseeing and coordinating Donor Outreach Coordinators and Donor Relation Specialists and for the achievement of assigned daily, weekly and monthly goals.

Responsibilities
- Hire, Supervise, train and evaluate performance of assigned team members
- Complete call quality monitoring and provide appropriate feedback to staff
- Oversee rebooking and on-site conversion programs
- Manage group and individual messaging, ensuring script development and compliance
