About The Position

HOTWORX Auburn is looking for Part-Time Fitness Sales Associates to join their dynamic team. HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio that offers virtually instructed workouts in a variety of infrared saunas. Their mission is to help members achieve their fitness goals through efficient, cutting-edge workouts in a supportive, empowering environment. As a Fitness Sales Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential members and a key player in growing their community. This role combines front desk responsibilities, lead generation, and strong sales focus in a fun and fitness-forward atmosphere.

Requirements

• Passion for fitness and helping others.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to commute to Auburn, WA 98092 (Required)
• Commission Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all members and guests.
• Perform sales tours and enroll new members.
• Make outbound calls to follow up with leads and set appointments.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the studio.
• Update daily goal boards and participate in sales challenges.
• Support social media and community outreach efforts.
